Travel Insurance
It is necessary for all International Service Learning team members to purchase medical and trip cancellation insurance. Trip cancellation insurance is the only way you can receive a refund for your trip should there be a cancellation of any kind.
We have arranged two options for purchasing medical and trip cancellation insurance, or you can research and select your own policy.
Seven Corners Inc. provides international medical insurance and trip cancellation insurance together as a package deal. You will need to read their website for details. This insurance package costs about $90.
STA Travel’s International Travel Insurance includes trip cancellation and medical coverage. Insurance for a 9-15 trip costs about $70. You can get more information from their website at www.statravel.com or by calling them at 1-800-781-4040.
