$200 of your payment is considered a trip deposit and is nonrefundable.
Each trip balance is due, in full, 30 days before the departure date. Cancellations occurring 30-60 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund or program credit. Cancellations after the 30 days-before-departure date will not receive a refund, because funds have already been sent to other countries.
Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. We do not provide insurance, but recommend Seven Corners.
Program credit must be used within 12 months of the originally planned program date.
